What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email, city or PIN code, message and any file you attach, such as an electricity bill or drawing.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, visit your site, prepare a proposal and deliver the work you ask for. We do not sell or rent your details.

Who sees it

PMP Group staff handling your enquiry. Where needed for your project, details are shared with your electricity distribution company or the government subsidy portal.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records are kept as long as the law requires.
